GENERAL

Since every creation is tailor made to your unique specifications with the utmost care, all custom-made orders are final sale. They cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once the order has been placed. However, please contact me if you have any queries or problems with your order.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item.  You must return the item in its original packaging (unless agreed to by both parties) to our workroom within 10 business days, at which time we will arrange a replacement.

If a replacement item is not available, we will refund your purchase price, less any shipping costs. We do not cover or refund return shipping costs.

 

SPECIFIC TO CURTAINS AND ROMAN BLINDS

Since every item is tailor made to your unique specifications with the utmost care, all custom-made orders for blinds and curtains cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that all measurements are completely accurate before ordering.

The many variations in style, fabric and colour—as well as different window and room sizes—mean that the best service I can offer my clients for these window treatments are my custom design services. When it comes to curtains, it’s important for me to work with you and consider all details to achieve the best results.

I accept all major credit cards.

All items are custom made and should be shipped within 4 – 6 weeks from order date.

Shipping fees include packaging, mailing and handling costs. 

I ship my products via Canada Post to anywhere in Canada. 

Some cushion insert orders are shipped directly from the supplier. If this is the case, you will be provided with a separate shipping confirmation number.

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment of order(s). Once items are dispatched, Kootenay Interiors is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, postal delays or strikes, or packages stolen from a delivery location.
